Our Jiu-jitsu classes

Jiu-jitsu is a grappling-based martial art focused on controlling and submitting an opponent. It emphasizes leverage and technique over brute strength, allowing smaller individuals to overcome larger adversaries. Jiu-jitsu practitioners learn to manipulate the body's mechanics as pieces on a living, dynamic game board.

Meet our instructors

Mike Ross

Mike has a Jiu-jitsu Black belt ,1x no-gi world medalist, 6x no-gi pan Am medalist.

The benefits extend beyond self-defense, encompassing improved physical fitness, mental resilience, and increased confidence. Through the intricate interplay of holds, locks, and submissions, jiu-jitsu practitioners learn to manipulate the body's mechanics as pieces on a living, dynamic game board!
